Done Donation Permissions

    So, I came back today from being gone a while.
    (I used to be staff if anyone remembers me.)
    Well, I bought the tier 3 rank a few hours back and I don't have any of the perms
    that it said it came with.
    I do have the kits though. That's the only thing.

    If someone could help in some way, I would very much
    appreciate it.

    dang it, lately the shop software isn't reliable. Sorry about that, you should have it now. (on inf3 right now, on others in around 20 minutes)
