My friend is a donator

he is a donator but on CrashLanding it is not picking it up.

 

Hey, Tiers on 1.6.4 servers are not automatic.
We will need for you friend to login on the 1.7 server so it syncs.
Then you will need to let us know that it worked so a Admin sets his perms.

TL;DR: Login on 1.7 hub server (hub.mym.li) and let us know when your friend has the rank there.

 

we played on infinity evolved and the rank was there. when we tested crash, he didnt have it.
