Implemented Donator rank not activating

I bought donator last night, and I still don't have my perks or rank for it. I've tried on both the Crash Landing and MYG servers, and neither one has them for me. If needed I can provide proof of purchase.

Thank you very much, I always have a fear that I've messed something up while putting in my details, and I know there is sometimes I delay in getting it, so I'd appreciate to know if it's my end or server end.

 

I just logged onto the server, and I still don't have access to the commands.
