Can somebody please explain to me where people find these meteors that contain like 2000 draconic ore, are they just randomly scattered in the end? and if so, how rare are they? Also are these meteors the only way to get mass draconic ore instead of just finding single pieces here and there?
The meteors are randomly scattered. Each chunk has a very small chance of spawning one. As a hint I can tell you that at each multiple of 10 000 x and 10 000 z there is a chaos island. This island is guarded by a more powerfull dragon which you shouldn't engage without bound armor or wyvern/draconic stuff. The edges of these islands are filled with draco ores.
