Done Draconic evolution spawner NOT WORKING !?!

    So i have played this mod since it was first released and i have enjoyed it ever since i have recently got back to mine craft to dabble in some sf3 but the draconic evolution spawner is not working for me
    firstly - i cannot see the mob soul
    secondly i have tried many different souls passive and hostile
    thirdly-i have upgraded it to the draconic tier where there are no requirements
    but still there are no particals and no mobs spawning someone please help are they disabled or something

    i belive they disabeld them do to server preformance

    It should work on SF3. We also have a mob limit, do you have many mobs around?
