Implemented DW20 1.7.10 - Disappearing animals and bugged lasso/safari net

Recently i noticed on node 2 that animals i had captured in my lasso or safari net were disappearing when you release them from the safari net or lasso. Last night i also lost a pen full of cows, chickens, pigs.
Next day later i join the server to find all of my animals in the pen is clearlag causing this because they were gone when i went to bed and the next day they turn up....
