Implemented Enchanted Book 403

    I've been getting a lot of yellow Enchanted Books (403) with no enchantments, anyone know why?

    I was making lvl 1 enchanted books in the enchanting table.

    maybe that is wanted as you can stack books and it is quite cheap to do so with lvl 1 books, besides the resources for the books.

    I noticed a recipe the other day that takes the straight enchanted book and doesn't seem to work with a book with a named enchantment. Can't remember what it was now, but I'm sure you can find it.
