Done Enchanter - Ender IO in Advanced not showing recipe ?

I noticed the NEI shows the enchanter from Ender IO but it does not show the crafting recipe for it, I did try the recipe for normal but that didn't work. I'm not sure if it's an NEI error like the Super Builders Wand has where you can craft it but it doesn't show you how, or it's simply not enabled for Evolved Advanced ?

If you like Thaumcraft, Thaumic Tinkerer adds the Osmotic Enchanter which allows you to choose (some) enchantments. (Most vanilla + Thaumcraft ones)

 

Thats awesome, I was just getting into Thaumcraft on normal, so I'm going to for sure get into it on Advanced as I'm sure it has so many advantages.
