Oops... salt?

Mob drops?

 

Hey sorry your comment on the list got in before I could lock it .
How common is salt and is it useful later in the game (like could a player quickly knock off a chunk of quests by being given a load of salt)?

For mob drops, I'm reluctant to make an exception since they are easy to farm once you reach the correct point in progression and you're supposed to fight the mobs to get the seeds etc.

 

Salt isn't to common but it generates in the ggothic player statues. It's used to make brine.
As for mob drops I'm talking
Rotten flesh gunpowder bone string spider eye etc not enderpearls / ghasttears

 

Endgame items: essentially everything expect mob drops, red rocks, and bones
