Done Existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

I'm not really smart on Minecraft crashes but when I join the server
No matter what I have up (although I see it does it a lot more often when I have youtube up) it will dissconect me from the teamspeak, and the server with the error
internal exception java.io.ioexception an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
and my internet will basicly crash, its easy to fix (most of the time) by just disconnecting and reconnecting to my internet.
But it seems to do it every 2 minutes now and I don't know what to do about it, if anyone has any idea that would be great, if any info is needed i'll be happy to help

 

Somewhere on the line a router when it gets pinged goes down..... someone has a really, really old router somewhere lol

Speedtest.net by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test

If it seems to happen more when your streaming videos.... it could be a weak connection.
