For a few minutes, say 2 to 5 minutes, a few of us experience serious lag issues, peaking at 30s ping. I thought it might have just been a routing issue, but after looking at the tracert's no real evidence was shown... what could cause it? Spoiler: tracert Edit: added traceroute.
If it is no routing issue please keep an eye on the server status page: MyM - Watchdog P30 shows the average performance over the last 30 seconds. So if the lag is up to 30 seconds long, it should be visible on there and you can tell that it is the minecraft server. Would you mind doing that?
Update: It's been a couple hours, between yesterday and today, @Slind. We did not experience any latency problem, almost at all; just some slight block lag due to too many people playing at the same time. Seems to be okay!
