This is a known issue and is fixed in the last 2 builds of EnderIO (EnderIO #310 [Jenkins] Looking it over since it has to change the drawing of GUI client side I believe this has to be patched client side as well as server. I'm working on testing a work around. Just leaving this here to let other players know.
Ok I have recompiled the fixed client side mod. You can copy this over the existing EnderIO-1.7.10-2.2.4.309.jar at %appdata%\.mineyourmind\instances\MyM-FTB-Trilogy\minecraft\mods . WARNING: I have only tested this myself and is not an offical MyM fix. I accept no responsibility for any crashes however I haven't had any. Dropbox - EnderIO-1.7.10-2.2.4.309.jar
