Done Fix MFR Planters for all trees

So I know Infinity is a old pack that is not being updated but...

Can we somehow fix it so that the MFR planters work with the Natura and Biomes of Plenty trees?

The planters also don't work on all the forestry/extra trees

This supposedly does it? I'm no programmer.

I suppose it is possible. None of the BoP or Natura trees work?

 

The planter will not plant Nether Natura trees, that I know for certain.

 

I suppose I could take a gander at this this weekend if I don't have duty or anything.

 

So I think I've tried all the Natura trees. Only the Sakura trees work for some reason. Which is amazing in itself because I love those trees.

None of the biome of plenty trees work with the planter.

I think both sets of trees work with the harvester though.

For the Extra Trees from Forestry. It is hit or miss. I think most of them can be planted but not all of them can be harvested.

 

Hmm. This seems to have been forgotten. Going to bump the thread and tag the @Administrator role to see if this is something they are willing to add. If so, I can whip up a MineTweaker script to patch this.

 

I messaged Booker about it a while back, he said to have it done, either way, I'll finish this when I get back tonight

Palm - Planter NO, Harvester unknown (can't grow in my test environment)

Willow - Planter NO, Harvester NO
Maple - Planter NO, Harvester YES
Yellow Autumn - Planter NO, Harvester YES

I don't have the rest to test. As you can see the majority of them still dont' work.
I also haven't gone and tested all the forestry trees as well.

 

Just tried. None of them working still. Do I need to use a new planter?
