The centrifuge isnt able to accept input from various automation mods. (Translcoators, Extra U. pipes, bc pipes, ae2 export bus). Dunno if this is a bug in forestry atm or the server. Cant try in single, mc crashes on single worlds :/

I asked the same on the github. Seems like the fix is entirely server side and we can implement it if we want to.
I currently have ender io conduits hooked to centrifuges. I have it set as in bottom, and out top. no issues still processing combs

It doesn't work with this version of forestry. I tried to patch it but the mod seems to have some security mechanics that prevent it. Due to the low priority compared to the crashing issues I haven't looked closer into it.
