Done Fuel pellet and Fragmented carbon.

    they both have the same recipe 1 coal or 1 charcoal in the crafting grid, but the carbon takes over and it's impossible to make fuel pellets for Progressive Automation.

    I'm not sure if this is a bug or intended.
