Done Full Guard Pattern - Crafting recipe broken?

I'm not sure whether this is the correct recipe, but this is what NEI shows the order to be -


A player pointed this out to me around 10 minutes ago, confused why they weren't able to use the custom recipe of the Full Guard Pattern.

The recipe works just fine. I just tested it myself...they were just using one wrong item. It requires glue and they were using white stone which looks almost identical. Easy mistake to make.
