Currently Machine Infuser (from RF tools) is uncraftable because there is no way how to get dimensional shards. The only possible way was mining shards ore but it was spawned only in Overworld and Overworld is destroyed. I think that Machine Infuser is quite useful tool and should be craftable (I think that it should be craftable even at T1)
