Implemented Get rid of the german channel in Discord

    I was a supporter of the idea to introduce the channel, but I think the experiment failed. There is just a bunch of spam in there. Even worse, the occasional person ends up there asking for help/support, but does not get any answers.

    Yea, there hasn't been enough activity to keep the channel. I removed the channel.
