Done Gold Block Chunkloaders Dont Seem to Work

As the title says. I put gold blocks and set them to 5x5 but they dont seem to work when i am offline. I put one for my Industrial Apiaries.

I tried putting an iron block instead, went far away from my place, afk'd 5mins and came back it worked fine the bees produced combs.

But If i put gold blocks and go offline they dont work. So what is the problem or am i doing it wrong maybe.

 

do you have enough chunk loading tickets?

 

do you have the fake players trusted to your claim

 

what fake player as far as i know there is no fake player?

 

There's a set of players you trust to your claim, @GGothicRide knows more about it than me, we had to do this
