Is it like, LTE/microvawe/wireless connection? Using an antenna? Not the cable one? Seems like one, when dl transfer is shared between many, many users. Upload is pretty irrelevant since standard user is like 90% dl, 10% ul, I recon. Not sure how does it look like in US but in Poland, wireless internet providers always state: "up to", say 20 mbps and in practice, they got no limitations to share same transfer to as many users as they want rendering that kind of a connection useless. U should have a look at the agreement in search of such paragraph, if there's no such thing, you win ez. If there is one, nothing you can do about it. Also, bare in mind the times when drops happen, if it's in the most common ones (say, evening or weekends), it's pretty much what I've described :/ Cheers!

The only reason my connection is that high is because spectrum took over TWC, and they gave me a discounted package to stay with them. i expect them to raises their prices a lot in the next year.
Yeah probably! I have spectrum and it went from $40/mo to $60/mo to $70/mo and I've only had them for 1.5 years!
