hello i tried to open ticket ingame but it dident work for some reason co-ords are -652, 54, 2038 i got griefeed again and this time everything has been mined expcept my ae system because it was in a claim according to the chat the griefer is written in the screenshot provided thanks for your guys help

hello was that all that was found because i also had big reactors and a draconic energy ball with more than 10 billion rf was there a partner of the griefer who could have took my stuff too? because there was a lot that was taken lol but thanks
We try to investigate to the best possibility. Even though we're not obligated to search and return lost items we still do so every time and try to get back most if not everything that was taken. Sadly we cannot account for the griefers trashing items, or making them despawn, etc. Please read over our no-refund policy that states griefs/theft is not covered in item refunds.
