I submitted a ticket on Friday after discovering my base was griefed (I had a couple of holes around my claims that I missed--someone would have had to literally wander my entire base area with a stick and took everything that was just outside the claim area--including things they had to get inside my house to take; these border issues have since been corrected), and I haven't gotten any acknowledgement. How long does it normally take to get a response? Judging by the response time in the forums, I feel like it should've been addressed by now, but unless there's something I'm missing (this is my first ticket, after all), nothing has happened. Also, how likely is it that I will get my stuff back?
I am sorry that it is taking longer than normal to respond to your Ticket, we are undergoing some "growing pains" which are slowing our normal responses.
