Done Hats and Screenshots

When i press H instead of the Hat UI it shows a Screenshot UI and i have been messing with this for days and still don't know how to fix it, please help

 

Have you gone into your control settings and seen if you can change either mod to a different hot key? To get there hit esc button>options>controls. Please take a look in there.

 

i have gone into conflicting and All and doesn't have H for any of them
