Hello, Today, i tried to make portal that brings to Jacky1668's Base I did all right, and it won't dial, i have all the necessary upgrades, we both have a different Network identifier, We're at the same dimension, we did ALL right, and it still won't dial. I watched 2-3 tutorials, and still, it won't work... (sorry for my english i'm french)
I'm not sure if this will answer your problem, but I was watching a tutorial on EP3 and the dialing device connects to the "unique" identifier of the portal not the "network" identifier? Is that the problem?
