    It's been a while since I have been on Minecraft and I was wondering if it was possible to switch my rank to a different account due to access being denied from it and still not getting support from Mojang after a week ._.

    Edit: I updated my Username and it definitely looks like I got hacked :p
    Old username was profrags.

    Did you call mojang, yet? Their phone support is usually quite good, compared to the ticket support.
