I had claimed an area with Griefprevention and allowed 2 friends to build there. After a restart none of us can break blocks nor place. I have since deleted the claim and we are still unable to do anything. When attempting to reclaim to protect what we have it says we are to close to a mym protection. Any help would be nice as all our stuff is unprotected and its way to much to move. Mactep
If i try breaking or placing no message pops up however if i try to reclaim the land a message stating "MyM- ProtectionEx you are to close to a protection." This happened after a server restart while i was in bat form. While in the lobby it had kicked me as i fell of the edge saying "Flying is not allowed". Reloaded into the world and couldn't do anything. We can access; chests, furnaces, smeltery, basically anything with an interface but breaking won't work. At the time I had it claimed with GriefPrevention and trusted Bugman0216 and Firewind54 both people I know in real life. They could not break or claim either after the incident. Sidenote- you should post somewhere so people know that when they abandon a claim they lose blocks. I'm at a negative and cannot protect the new base as losing the blocks is new. I've used Grief Prevention on my own server so I wasn't expecting it and most likely more people were not as well. Or enable the confirmation message before abandoning claims. Mac
That is a bug, you should get all blocks back when you unclaim, without any loss. It happens only to a few players but we and the griefprevention dev haven´t found out why this happens. Please tell me how many claimblocks you miss and I will fix that. About claiming, and breaking things: I have no idea what could cause this besides acceptRules which should work again after reconnecting and throw a message. However please join us on IRC, when you get some time, that we can look into this together.
So losing the claim blocks happens everytime i abandon one. Lost 121 abandoning a claim so i could resize a bigger one. Any news on when that will be fixed. After we had an intruder in the base it became quite apparent that I would have to expand my claim into my smaller ones but if I lose blocks everytime then I'll just go crazy.[DOUBLEPOST=1394752374,1394742978][/DOUBLEPOST]It also just happened to Bugman0216 he lost 200 but when my brother abandoned it was fine. Just posting this for Bug while he's playing now.
