    Hello I am mattinfa,
    Recently I bought a tier 4+ Rank. And I was waiting for while because it said it took 30 min or so. But then a day passed and I decided to investigate. When I checked my paypal verified email the name read Matt. My computer auto populated with the wrong name. It should have been "mattinfa". I prefer not to post emails here but if you need anything to help my cause I will provide. and a big thanks to Crazar3D for their assistance. sorry for the read
