It's not the task of a staff member to help you with mods. You should try to get it working yourself with the help of wikis, videos or ask other players.
Yes, you can ask. Please realize that as staff we can say no. If you are having an issue learning the mods in GS, I hear thar GenericB has a YouTube series with him on the modpack. Also there are many YouTube videos about galacticraft that should help you get started.
From my understanding in here Caithleen normally hangs around and likes to help anyone with questions, Just give him a yell.
Most people online will help you out with basic understanding of howto setup stuff, and understanding how it works. Some might even throw in a few extra ressourses aswell. But the first set of quests really points out alot of what you need to learn and remember for the future, do those and pay attention, you will learn alot of them (i presume your making a decomposer-setup that gives Hydrogen for your stirlings here ...). I would say its ok to get help, but you really need to learn this aswell, not just having others setting stuff up for you. If you dont learn, you will have issues improving on the setups later on as the tiers starts to hit you.
