Without Galacticcraft and Minechem I fear i have to do 1.7 again I waited a long time updating my 1.10 mods spreadsheet but it seems both of them wont come anytime soon. And while I could live without minechem (thoo it would make me a sad panda) I can't do it without Galacticcraft.

AFAIK Twitch has clips where you can "cut" directly from the live. (i think you have to do that while streaming)
