I was in the nether fighting the wither then I died I went and broke my gravestone and suddenly nothing came out I had everything on me please help me I even got the death info D: I'll tell the full story when a staff member replies to this post or comes to help

It's fine to use the support forums that's why they are there but if you prefer that it's private then you can use the ticket system.
so after reading mym.li/refunds there is no refunds which is okay I guess but I hope you can fix the bug so it doesn't happen to me or another player
Tickets are private and will sometimes get a response from a staff member faster then on the support forums. But support forum posts give other non staff players an opportunity to help with the issue if possible, and if it was an issue that could have been avoided, (like crashing when putting ME cells in golden bags) then it can also educate other players on what to avoid. It's really a matter of preference as to which you want to use.
