This server carries a NO REFUND of items. I just go back and try to collect everything to fight the boss again because that you will. I am sorry because I have bee a member for many years and I have only seen refund of items is is they were lost in an emergency rollback. Gather your crew and fight the Gast again, it will be better next time. Also make sure that the the chest closes properly before staring battle.
