The title is pretty descriptive, I crash the server somehow when I log on, and it's weird considering I think had it chunk loaded. So I have no clue what's causing it :s
Departed suffered an issue where Botania mana bursts weren't disappearing when they should, and traveled across the map, generating new chunks, and crashing due to the world-gen. I've personally removed the offending mana bursts, and your issue should now be solved, unless it was another issue hidden by this one
