Done In need of help

Hello World

So this is a issue that is being bothering me for a while and this being minecraft 1.10 running at 0-2 fps, but here is the catch look at the 2 images in the spoiler one is me sitting in single player with and without the pause menu, as you can see I literally get 86 FPS in the pause menu but as soon I go out of the pause menu my fps vanish and go at a constant 0-6

If anyone has any ideas of what could be causing this please go ahead and tell me.

upper right hand corner "CPU 4x INTEL(R) CORE(TM) i3-4005U" a CPU from 2003, you also appear to be using INTEL HD graphics, check if your laptop is in power-saving mode vs maximum performance and I'd consider investing in something that's like $500 vs $200 (OS costs $100) in price

 

Well I guess I don't have any other option but to buy a new computer. Thank you for the input do
