Draconium can still be found. Every (x*10k)x(z*10k) will hold a chaos island. These chaos islands consists of a disc of end stone, with a meteor field filled with endstone as well, and quite the amount of draconium. Anything found in the End spawn, can also be found here, such as ender bees and ender-lilies. Watch out however, as a chaos guardian lives on each island. These dragons are very hard to kill, and will one-shot you if not in the very best gear. They also have a crazy regeneration, so a bow of the wyvern or better, with full enchants is recommended.
It's ruined, hollow. I've only played a few days, as I'm just now at the point where I need resources from the end, so do a lot of other players, and it's all gone.
