You could probably do it client side.

2017-08-12_20.06.33. 2017-08-12_20.06.38. I have it installed, but It does not work on server side. It does work on single player.

You seem to be rather confused... The mod you have selected in your screenshot is not actually the Inventory Tweaks mod that you linked to in your first post, it is a replacement mod that was made while the original inventory tweaks and mouse tweaks was still been ported to 1.10.... and while it provides some of the functionality it is still a completely different mod that doesn't have all the same features, if you actually install the proper inventory tweaks then it should work fine just as you expect it to.

Mineyourmind has no control over what mods are in the official version of the modpack, and will never add additional mods to a 3rd party modpack themselves as that will usually prevent users with the official version of the modpack from being able to connect to the server, the exception to this is strictly client-side mods like inventory tweaks that are considered to be whitelisted optional mods that a user can add themselves if they wish, as client-side only mods don't require every other player to have that mod installed.

After further review, I place the inv tweaks in the wrong pack. I thought it replaced the inventory sorting, which is why I did not see the update take place. Also, once I applied the it to the correct folder, I got what I expected that it requires the latest forge update. I really don't want to go down the rabbit trail with forge so I left as is. I appreciate your input into this matter.
