Implemented Island perms.

    My friend died.He was the island leader.How do i invite him back or invite other people. When i do /is invite it says i do not have permission because i am not island leader.Please help i really want to play with my friends.:D
    Thank you for reading and i hope I can play with my friends again.Btw i am still on the island.

    He should still be on the island, tell him to do /is home
    If you have no shell constructor, the island should have disappeared anyway..
