    I heard your island decays or gets deleted if you aren't on after around 2 weeks? Can this be prevented by say, an alt account or someone on the server visits your island every week if this mechanic even exists? Thanks - Akantor112

    in theory yes, but thats only if they live with you

    Your island doesn't disappear, but you loose your inventory after a while. I have had an island for about 5 months without visiting it yesterday and it was there ;)
