Done Island transferred to wrong username

    Server: Project Ozone Normal Mode

    Yesterday, I requested an island transfer from ShadowStalker69 to jonby6, as he has not been online for a week, and I got a notification that the transfer went through. I came on the server, and the protection was labeled as "johnby6", so I can't do anything. Please fix this and set the protection to jonby6. Thanks!

    Probably an accidental mistake and we will get this fixed up as soon as possible. I'll go ahead and tag @Junior Administrator to take a look into this issue!

    Going to mark this as solved since I see you have a ticket submitted in with the same exact issue. We'll have this issue resolved in there instead. For future please keep to one platform of support rather than posting the same issue twice, can create confusion and unnecessary extra work. Thank you.

    As both ways are a legitimate way of getting staff help, you do not need to create both a ticket and forum thread. It does make it easier for staff to respond to your ticket as it provides information like the server your on and your location. Also, it is a bit more private then posting on here as anyone can see this thread. ;)
