Done Items disappeared in a chest inside of my claim.

I deposited in my Small Storage Create something like 20 stacks of Oak Wood (not refined) and my Diamond Drill with 3x3 and speed upgrade, but they disappeared. What should i do? I really need help.

I just lost 20 stacks of Oak Wood and a Diamond Drill with 2 updates, aka 1h of Wood Farming and 2 days of crafting and mining cause of a "major lag" and i can't be refounded? Lol. That's imba.

I have concluded my investigation and have ruled out foul play. This investigation was not a grief.
The best possible reasoning behind your items being missing is a lag spike in the server removing and destroying the items (These things happen, and are 100 percent out of our control).

I know the loss of the items has been devastating, we do hope you recover from said loss and continue playing on our servers.
