I have searched much of farmworld, and I cannot find a jungle. Do they even spawn in this pack? I don't want coords, I just want to know if searching is even worth my time. Is there a different way to get ocelots?
If the server is more than a couple of months old, then loose all hope of finding a ocelot. Your best bet is to get a donator change a mob spawner for you.
There is plenty jungle, I was able to find the biome in the first few minutes of joining onto the server. Perhaps, if not in the farmworld try searching the overworld instead. You're also going to need to look more closely, their fairly elusive mob. I also suggest of setting up camp for a while and let the chunks load so some may spawn in. You can also ask around on the server if anyone has some ocelots or willing to sell one.
Yeah, I'm fine with waiting, the problem I'm having is I can't seem to find a jungle at all. Thanks for the help though, I'll keep looking. As for help from others, the node I'm on is rather small, and no one on it has found a jungle. In fact, all of us bar one are actively looking. The last one just isn't interested lol.
Ah, you're on node 2 then. Make sure to indeed look in both overworld and farmworld. I'm sure someone will find it. And if it truly becomes a huge issue and the lack of ocelots is beginning to affect gameplay or further progress only then do I suggest to make a post asking for a recipe to create an ocelot egg or have it be sold on the market via server.
