Lack of Staff Presence is a Problem, Don't Delete Again Please Chat With Me

So I have been playing B-Team 3 and understand that it is a new server for B-Team. I have one issue and that its the lack of Staff appearance on this server. I don't mind if they don't play on the server but players should see staff more frequently than once in a lifetime. A little exaggerated but thats what it feels like when issues arise between players or general questions about the modpack with the absence of staff members. You have 49 Moderators and 11 Co-Administrators yet I have only seen two Specific members of the staff appear on the server in the last week. This server prides itself on having such a vast member network with many staff members but they are no good if they are not there to provide support for the player. The server exists to provide the player with a good experience for Modded-Minecraft but without help many players get frustrated, the rules are bent to a large extent, and players think that no rules exist. I am but one person and I feel like other players feel the same way. We need more staff presence on B-Team 3 even if its three time a day. Just three times a day could improve the well being of the players.

I put it here, and then Saw there was a B-Team Chat So I did it there too, But I really want it here for everyone to see as well.
Also after posting this I saw 5 new players that were involved with staff. But it did not last long.

That thread is also public so everyone can already see it and this really is more of a support issue than a topic for community section so please use that one instead, if you really think it needs to be in the community section then we can move that one over but I think it's fine where it is.
