Since i have joined for the first time, there have always been lag spikes and quite often. Lately many new players have started to appear but most of them leave because of the lag spikes. Tekkit legends is not a heavy modpack so i imagine there should be something that you can do.

Can't you just prevent players from placing the tubes? Removing the mod would be a bad diea since it provides so many useful machines and wires.
