Done Logistics Pipes help

    I am trying to create a logistics pipes system, but i am not very good with the mod, i understand certain parts but others are beyond me. What upgrade cards would i need to put in a mk pipe so that i can access the items in a chest from a request pipe? And what would i need to set up a chest that would take extra items and put them back in to my storage system?
