Done Lord of Torment (Glitched)

So me and my friend Darkness decided we were gona fight the Lord of Torment because it was one of the last souls we needed. We got him to half health then got warped to the torment and when we were the boss was gone. I was wondering if maybe you could confirm its glitched and if it is could you help in getting the soul. For evidence I have my friend darkness and the imp that gave me the scroll to summon. thank you

 

i could be wrong but i think ive seen this before and its a server bug (may be wrong)

 

It's a known bug with the torment, sorry, nothing we can do

Um hold up, it's not a bug it's a sync issue if the dimension is loaded he spawns but if it's unloaded he despawns if the staff could load the dimension that should fix the problem
