Tp'ed from around +332, -1758, 89 to Home (-411, -3359, 64) and my fully charged "Vibrant Jetpack (Armored)" turned into a second "Basic Capacitor Pack" which I had on earlier then relogged to see if that was the issue and then the second "Basic Capacitor Pack" disappeared from my inventory started to notice how bad the lag and even went back walking to where I tp'ed from to check if it stayed on the ground but to no avail so it was definitely because of the lag. Any way I can get the items I lost from the lag back?
Sorry MYm has a strict No-refund policy even if from lag. there is a current forum thread about changing the rules about the refund policy which can be found here.
Sadly have to agree with @tyler489 There are no returns as of now. I play on IE2 if you need some assistance remaking the pack I could offer to a certain degree.
