LP(LifePoints) don't sync across servers and it makes going to other servers while using bound tools and armour almost impossible without setting up a alter there as well.
I personally looked into this after it was reported that LP wasn't syncing between M2 and M+ on the last version, unfortunately according to the Blood Magic devs the LP values for all players are stored in the world file for each map itself rather than in each users individual player.dat files, which afaik basically makes it impossible to sync between servers while they are running. Feel free to contact the Blood Magic devs yourself to see if they would be willing to add the underlying infastucture that we would need for cross-server support in a future version, but for the record they didn't seem interested in the idea when I asked about it.
