Implemented Magnum Torches not working

    it may just be me but it seems that magnum torches arent preventing mobs to spawn

    Are you sure they spawned and didn't walk into. Also was the chunk with the torch loaded?

    Magnum torches have a horizontal radius of 64 blocks, and a vertical radius of only 32 blocks
    This may allow hostile mobs to spawn in caves/dark locations, under and above the protected area, that may be thought as protected, as the area is more of a disc, than a sphere

    @Slind14 as magnum torches are a great tool for players to minimize the spawned mobs in an area around them, can the vertical range be extended in the configs? Or is that a set number, with no variables?
    This is mostly asked regarding the TDT and DW20 situation.

    As I've posted in the absence thread I do not currently have access to my stationary PC, due to hardware faults, thus I cannot check it myself, which I would've gladly done before posting my request :(
