While seeing people chat through discord most of the time i dont notice they are actually chatting due to the tiny D next to the players name. Other servers use things like [Discord] {Username}. Alot of people get confused when they notice that im not in the server while chatting with them and I think making chatting from discord more noticeable would be better.
Thats perhaps a bit too intrusive, maybe consider highlighting the letter and putting it in brackets.
Writing it out will take away too much space from the chat but adding [] to it sounds fine if it helps. I think white looks the best or?
Each server has their assigned channel, if a second server is assigned to the same channel the messages will show up on both servers. If the message is from the other server it will have a short gray prefix in front of it indicating the player is writing from the other node. Discord acts as the same and shows the letter D as prefix. Patron, global and party chat are their own channel which is why they have dedicated colors and the <> for tabbychat. So the chat is formatted as <"Channel"> "From" "Prefix"-"Player": "Message" The channel and from should still indicate that they are separate definitions after the change.
