Done Medium starter kit

    Hi, I just bhought the medium starter kit a few minutes ago but i still dont have access to it, it says im supposed to get it instantly, could you please fix that for me?:)

    Have you redeemed it? Should be in your shop iirc.

    If you didn't redeem it, do you have a suggestion where you would read that you have to redeem it? A lot of players seem to miss the text on the shop.

    You can add the text to the box that pop up with a description of the shop item, as players have to open that in order to add it to their cart.

    Just to give a final answer to your question: When you buy something through our website, you have to redeem the kit through the /shop menu ingame.
