I think I might have caused two crashes, though I'm not sure.
The first time, simply placing an EU trashcan, lead to a server crash a few moments later.
The second time, right about now, placing an MFR nullifier (after placing an MFR grinder) seem to have lead to another server crash.
I don't think it could have been anybody's else fault, since the server was running just fine before me trying to setup that cursed mob farm.

After the first rollback, what was left from my setup was just a 5x5 patch of dirt, and some dark glass from EU (the one made with blackout curtains).
There were no conduits, nothing was interconnected.
Facing the north side, I broke a piece of glass and placed the MFR grinder. Immediately after placing the nullifier the server crashed.

What could have been the cause?

    Edit: screenshot of the setup.

I would place the grinder in the bottom spot, inside the wall, and immediately outside, I would place the nullifier on the left and drum on the right, both unhooked.

I'm sorry for all the trouble caused, it was not my intention, if it was because of me. I won't try and place down the grinder again, I'll wait for an admin/mod to come online and eventually try to replicate the crash together.

Update: as members agreed for me to replicate it, nothing happened. Apparently neither the nullifier or the grinder were the cause.
